Instructions for Making a Reservation for a session on Thursday, April 18, 1996 at Parkland College.

1. Select the sessions you are interested in (and possible)

alternates from the program in this issue.

2. By March 29, 1996, phone Linda Crowley, Parkland

Mathematics secretary, at 217-351-2225. Do not leave a voice

mail registration. Speak to Linda to confirm that openings

still exist and that your space has been reserved.

3. Register for the Allerton Conference separately by sending

a completed registration form to Lisa Carrington by March 29, 1996.

NOTES: a. Reservations are required for the Thursday sessions

and will be made on a first-come first-served basis.

b. Linda Crowley at Parkland cannot register you for

Allerton.

c. Lisa Carrington cannot register you for Parkland.

d. Even though the Thursday sessions are free, you must

have registered for Allerton before you attend the

Thursday sessions.
