Accommodations & Food

Note: As in the past, there are a limited number of single rooms at Allerton. We will continue the past practice of assigning attendees staying on-site to available rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.

Package Options

Registrations postmarked after March 1st and on-site registrations add a $25 late fee.

  • “Members” must have paid dues for the current year by the registration deadline for the conference (March 1) to get the member rate for the conference.
  • Each college can send one institutional representative to attend the conference at no cost if the college has paid the institutional membership fee for the current year by the registration deadline for the conference (March 1).

Waiver Applicant

Registration Fee Waiver Opportunity

IMACC will offers five registration fee waivers for our annual conference. These waivers are intended to support current IMACC members who wish to attend both days of the annual conference, but whose institutions will not provide financial support. Applicants must submit a completed conference registration form (which appears later in this newsletter) and email a signed statement to the IMACC Treasurer, Amy Madden at affirming that their colleges are not providing adequate financial support. The registration form and the letter must be received by the conference coordinator no later than February 15. The five recipients will be randomly selected from the applicant pool.

Refund Policy:

  • Those canceling before the March 1 deadline will receive the full refund.
  • Those canceling after the March 1 deadline should not expect a refund, but may appeal their circumstances to the IMACC Board for consideration. Appeals must be sent in writing to the IMACC President.
